This Privacy Policy explains how Inside Out Selling Solutions (“we”, “us”), which offers the ARC Framework program by Salim Shaikh, collects, uses and protects your personal data when you visit this website or buy the program. It is written to follow the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 of India.

1. What we collect

Details you give us: your name, email address, phone number and billing details when you enrol.
Payment information: payments are handled by our payment partner. We do not see or store your full card, UPI or bank login details.
Usage information: pages you visit, the device and browser you use, your approximate location and how you arrived at the site (for example, from an ad).
Program activity: lessons you watch, your progress, and anything you share in the live sessions.

2. How we use it

To give you access to the program, the live sessions and your certificate.
To process your payment and send receipts.
To send you program updates and session reminders.
To understand how the site is used and improve it.
To measure our advertising and show relevant ads.
To meet legal, tax and accounting requirements.

3. Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar tools, including the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics, to measure visits and ad performance. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work as well if you do.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:

Payment, hosting, video and email providers who help us run the program, under contracts that require them to protect it.
Advertising and analytics partners such as Meta and Google, as described above.
Authorities, when the law requires it.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your data while your access is active and for as long afterwards as we need to for legal, tax or accounting purposes. After that, we delete or anonymise it.

You can ask us to:

Tell you what personal data we hold about you.
Correct or update it.
Delete it, where we are not legally required to keep it.
Stop sending you marketing messages. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
Withdraw consent you have given us.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No method of sending or storing data online is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children

The program is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
